Product Description
This project is an innovative funding bot, designed to streamline the process of discovering government funding sources for small businesses and entrepreneurs including women, BIPOC, Indigenous by leveraging AI/LLM techniques. With an initial focus on Indigenous communities, this bot simplifies and personalizes the search for relevant grants, loans, and financial support, making it more efficient and accessible.

Review requirements and audit existing designs
Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the goals, requirements, and feedback that already exists. Audit the current user flow to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the next stage.

Competitive research
Analysis of direct or indirect competitors' design strengths and weaknesses, with actionable recommendations.

UX design
Using best practices and feedback that has been collected from users, map out the user journey and design improved flows for finding grant(s) using the chatbot.

UI design
With the flows finalized, turn the wireframes into high fidelity designs that are ready to be tested.

Testing and iterating
Conduct usability testing to better understand points of confusion, painpoints, and their overall feelings about the experience. Start noting opportunities for a more streamlined user experience and iterate as time allows.

Finalize
Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.
